Produce Prescription Pilot · Diabetic Patients
Companion pilot to the GUSNIP 1:3 incentive: clinicians prescribe fresh produce for diabetic patients, and FiMCo procures it and delivers it through the Fundación MMM channel. Participants showed significant HbA1c improvement. The results were included in the foundation's federal grant submission and cited in an external letter of recommendation supporting the program.
